This collaboration brings together spectacular, unobstructed Caldera views with a menu deeply rooted in traditional Santorini flavors, enriched by creative Mediterranean influences. Dinner is served at Fanari Restaurant’s iconic cliff-edge location, including its main dining area and multi-level terraces and verandas. Guests enjoy the same breathtaking sunset views once associated with Ombra, now complemented by a refined dining atmosphere—without crowds interrupting the experience.

Meanwhile, the former Ombra dining space has been reimagined as an exclusive sunset lounge, offering a more relaxed and intimate setting to experience the legendary Oia sunset. Ombra now focuses on light finger food and elevated lounge offerings.

The Ombra Sunset Lounge is open daily from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm, perfectly timed for a full evening of sunset viewing, relaxed socializing, and unforgettable Caldera moments.

The drink menu features a curated selection of signature cocktails and mocktails, crafted with premium Greek spirits and fresh local ingredients. To complement the sunset views, Ombra presents premium sharing platters celebrating the rich agricultural heritage of Santorini and the Cycladic islands. Guests can savor iconic local flavors such as Tomato Keftedes—crispy fritters made from Santorini cherry tomatoes—and Fava Dips, a smooth split-pea purée topped with capers and onion, alongside other regional specialties.
