Ombra dining space has been reimagined as an exclusive sunset lounge, offering a relaxed and intimate setting to experience the legendary Oia sunset. Ombra focuses on light finger food and elevated lounge offerings.

The Ombra Sunset Lounge Restaurant / Bar is open daily from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm, perfectly timed for a full evening of sunset viewing, relaxed socializing, and unforgettable Caldera moments.

The drink menu features a curated selection of signature cocktails and mocktails, crafted with premium Greek spirits and fresh local ingredients. To complement the sunset views, Ombra presents premium sharing platters celebrating the rich agricultural heritage of Santorini and the Cycladic islands. Guests can savor iconic local flavors such as Tomato Keftedes—crispy fritters made from Santorini cherry tomatoes—and Fava Dips, a smooth split-pea purée topped with capers and onion, alongside other regional specialties.
